Karen sold our Dad his condo in Deltona a couple of years ago, he was in Georgia so she took care of the whole process for him. Karen remained his friend calling to check on him often, even bring him lunch when she was in the area. Sadly our Dad passed away, so we needed to sell his home. We have tried to sell our Townhouse a few times over the years and not once found a realtor like Karen Bagwell. She proposed an effective sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave us critical advice on finishing certain projects on the townhouse to make it sell worthy . She brought in 4 offers, all asking price. And we were able to sell the townhouse in 2 months . She was very knowledgeable and available whenever we needed her to answer questions and help us with certain situations since we live out of state . I couldn’t recommend Karen enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when selling their property.
