Karen helped us buy a house in 2013 and sell a rental property in 2018. She helped make the buying process smooth and easy in 2013. Also, in 2018 she did a great job marketing and showing our property and helping us sort through the different type of offers we received. She worked hard to make sure we found the right buyer. Also, she is a very good communicator. She always made sure we are up to date with everything that was going on throughout the inspection, appraisal, and final closing process.

We have tried to sell our Townhouse a few times over the years and not once found a realtor like Karen Bagwell. She proposed an effective sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave us critical advice on finishing certain projects on the townhouse to make it sell worthy . She brought in 4 offers, all asking price. And we were able to sell the townhouse in 2 months . She was very knowledgeable and available whenever we needed her to answer questions and help us with certain situations since we live out of state . I couldn’t recommend Karen enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when selling their property.

Karen recently helped me sell my parents’ home near Casselberry. She worked with me to come up with a list of repairs and ‘touch ups’ that were cost effective, but added appeal to the home. Karen added her touch through attractive staging and we had several offers within 3 days of listing. We ended up selling the home for $5000 over asking price and closed within a month. On a personal note, my mother passed away during the selling process and Karen went out of her way to deal with situations, including meeting several repairmen, so that my time could be spent with my family. A kinder, more honest realtor, you will never meet!

Karen is, simply put, the best of everything you want in a realtor. We had no idea what we wanted in a house when we started looking.
